6 Pack Abs Without Going To The Gym
I’m 13 right now, I weigh 130 lbs and I’m 5’7. I’ve been working out for about 5 months, I do 200 push ups a day, 40 pull ups, biking 3 – 5 miles , 100 sit ups and crunches a day. My abs aren’t showing yet but my stomach is really hard, I eat lot’s of vegetables and fruits but my abs don’t show yet.

Riding the bike is not going to help your abs.

If your abs are being hidden by a layer of fat, you need to get rid of the fat. The best way to do that is to build muscle. Each new pound of muscle added burns like 40-50 calories a day. The more muscle you add, the more stored fat you’ll burn. So checkout the other free workouts, too.
