Affordable Resistance Bands for P90X
I am looking for a set of resistance bands for starting the P90X workout program. Since I don’t have any storage room for weights, I was wondering if resistance bands work as well as advertised. I like the fact that I can hook up multiple bands to the handles. Any advice is appreciated as I have never bought resistance bands.
