Any other ways to build or at least improve muscles without going to the gym? 

Without the need to carry those dumbbells.  Don’t think im lazy, just trying to look for a lighter and easier alternative.

  • Yes, you can both build muscle without going to the gym AND you don’t need heavy weights or dumbbells. Use resistance bands like the ones shown above.
