Build Muscle In Your Calves

 

I play basketball and I’m very active, always running. However, I want more muscle in my calves, and I want them to be noticably bigger and more defined. What are the best exercises I can do to build this muscle?

  • You can use resistance bands to do a resisted calf raise. Click here for free workouts. Check out the workout show called Chiseled. There’s lot’s of leg exercises in there. Here are some more that you can do with the bands.
