Bulking Up For Basketball Season

How to Bulk up fast with out going to the gym?  Ok so I’m 14 and Basketball season couple months away and i want to know how to put on muscle at home without going to the gym. I have a busy schedule with school and homework so i need something fast and that works if you have any ideas just to put muscle on with biceps and Triceps and abs would be appreciated

    Actually, I don’t think you want to bulk up for basketball. You want is strong, lean muscles so your moves on the court are more explosive. I highly recommend resistance bands like the ones shown below. It worked for Terrell Owens out on the football field.
