I am eating heaps of healthy stuff and avoiding all kinds of junk but i need an exercise program for the fat to turn to muscle and prefer a program which i can carry out at home with the least equipment needed

Fat does not turn into muscle. They are two different cell types. That’s like turning an apple into an orange.
However, doing high intensity training with resistance bands will build lean muscle and you’ll get that after-burn effect for up to 48 hours and THAT will burn fat. Resistance training is the best way to burn off stored fat.
