Can I flatten my stomach without going to the gym?

I’m American size 6 but my stomach is flabby. How can I tone it up without taking all these tablets and without going to the gym? I’vve tried doing all these exercises that are meant to tone up your stomach for months and 1 year later I’m still the same:( Can someone give me a routine or something that works!!

I’ve got some really good workouts for you without going to the gym, but first…
You don’t mention what types of food you are eating or what types of exercise you are doing.
And just so you know, you can’t out exercise a bad diet and you can’t spot reduce areas of your body.
However, you can tighten areas of the body, like your belly, but what you’re actually doing is tightening the underlying muscles, not the jiggly fat on your belly. You have to lose the fat to be able to see the flat stomach.
