How can i get muscle weight without going to the gym, i am 16 and i qant to gain weight through push ups and sit ups,
Pls give me a way with the ropper diet needed

I’ve been in the same situation as you… I tried calesthenics…. pushups, situps, pull ups… But the truth is doing only those ALONE… won’t help you GAIN WEIGHT… tHEY WILL CERTAINLY GET YOU RIPPED.. if you do hundreds of repetions. But is NOTHING compared to what the gym will provide you.. Though MOST people… who go in the gym they don’t make enough gains…. To GAIN WEIGHT YOU MUST… Eat more calories then your normal body intake… or more then you lose… THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO GAIN WEIGHT IS NUTRITION. So mulitply your current weight by 17.. Thats how many calories you need to eat daily.. to gain weight.. I know it sounds like a lot.. But gaining weight is somewhat har for those with fast metabolisms. FORGET WHAT YOU LEARNED IN A MUSCLE MAGAZINE. They work for guys who are TAKING "secret supplements".When you work out your really " tearing" your muscles. NUTRITION,..
Enough Recovery time… and a progression of intensity is the way theY get BIGGER… BAK TO THE HUNTER DAYS…..Their bodies need to survive in the adverse environment.. So with every strain put on the body… The body adapted and grew stronger IN ORDER TO SURVIVE…. You have to train to ALMOST FAILURE.. About 2/3 of it… Otherwise your BODY doesn’t have that secret "INGREDIANT" that alerts it to a possible danger, which makes it GROW BIGGER….
