I weigh 200 pounds and I am wondering what exercises I can do without going to the gym?
See my problem is I would like to go to the gym but memberships cost too much so I am wondering what type of exercises I can do to lose a majority of the weight that is in my breasts, stomach and thigh areas. My breasts are 40 J Cup, my stomach is still what I have from two pregnancies and my thighs are the same.
