Crunches Not Getting Rid Of My Gut

How do i put on muscle mass without taking supplements or going to the gym, just using what god gave me?
I am 30 years old and do 50 push ups in the morning every morning and do 50 to 75 sit-ups and crunches before bed, and i am 5.11 175 but i still have a gut and i am not getting the desired results what else can I try?
