Free Muscle Building Back Exercises
I’m looking for some back exercises that will help me build muscle. I have a really skinny back. People can see the top part of my spine. I have a high metabolism so eating a lot wouldn’t work. I want to try and build some back muscle, but I don’t know how to do it.
I don’t really have a place for exercising equipment, so I need exercises that I can do in a space that would fit something like a bar or dumbbells.

Don’t ignore you’re eating. It will work, but you have to do it right. Good nutrition is an essential part of building muscle. Muscle needs good fats, lean protein good carbs, vitamins, minerals and amino acids in order to grow. If you don’t eat right, the new muscle is going to catabolize your existing muscle for food.
My advice is to skip the barbell and dumbbells because they’ll only give you upper body workouts. I know you’re looking for back exercises and I’ve listed some below, but doing isolation exercises is not good for the overall health of your body. Click here for some free workouts.
