From experience, what is the best way to lose weight?

I’m looking to tone up and lose 10-15 lbs. Honestly, what is the best way that you have found to do it? If your answer is “diet and exercise,” please be more specific and list examples…thanks everyone!!

The healthiest and fastest way to lose weight (fat, actually) is to do strength training.
