I usually do 50 pushups and 200 crunches every other day, but i know that’s not enough for me. I just don’t have enough time to get to the gym regularly at college, but I’m skinny, im only 150 and im 6ft tall, so I want to gain weight. What’s a good exercise routine to gain muscle without going to the gym?
