Luckily you don’t need to go to the gym in order to get a good workout. The best home gym equipment I ever bought were my resistance bands. I live in a small upstairs apartment and don’t have the room for any type of home gym machine, much less being able to pack something like that up a flight of stairs. A lot of people think the only thing you can do with them are biceps curls, but that’s not true. I got a set for under $50 that comes with multiple bands (tubes, actually), door anchor and ankle/wrist straps so I can do the same workouts that machines do because I can adjust the height, resistance level, and workout multiple muscle groups. My advice to people who want to workout, but don’t have the room or are on a tight budget, get some resistance bands.
