Going To The Gym – Is It Enough?

So i usually go to the gym four days a week….taking no more than 2 days off in between going and I was wondering if it matters that I only go four days but still do 5 hours a week of exercise. Is this still going to help me lose weight?? My diet is very healthy. I just find it hard to go to the gym everyday without a break in between.  Is going to the gym 4 days a week ok?

    No, you will die. Just kidding. You don’t say what you’re doing at the gym. If you want to lose weight, you need to build some muscle. Oh, and you don’t have to waste all your time by going to the gym. And 5 hours? That’s a lot.

    Save some money and time and cancel the gym membership. There’s a better way and you can do it at home.
