Good Exercise Program Without Going To The Gym

I don’t have the time nor the money to go to a gym several times a week for a few hours. I get extremely dis- motivated when I don’t see results as quickly as I would want to. Any suggestion on a program that wont bore me and keep me motivated with out spending a fortune on equipment.

    You most certainly can workout at home without having to go to the gym. Click here to check out these free workouts for resistance bands. You can get a complete set of bands (shown below) like the ones they use in the workouts ithout spending a fortune.

    Just create an account to watch all the workouts you want. They’ve got new shows posted daily and if you’re up early enough, you can actually watch them live, but they do record all the shows for viewing later.

    There’s a muscle building show called Chiseled, one for toning and creating long, lean muscles, an ab workout called Eight Pack, a workout for teens called TX2 and several others like cardio, Pilates, and more. If those workouts look like something you’d be interested in, then get a set of the Bodylastics resistance bands and go for it.

    If you want to stay motivated, I suggest watching Chiseled. Blake and Ashanti are a riot.
