    You can do all sorts of exercises to build muscle like free weights or a universal gym if you can afford it. It will pay for itself eventually. But loosing fat can only be accomplished by changing what you eat and when you eat it. There is more info at my site below.

    eat a lot of protein like meat ,milk ,eggs get like 100 sit ups a day do like 50 dumbbell curls 100 push ups and after you eat a big meal dont go lay down it will make you fat
