A reader asks…
Here’s the deal, when it’s summer vacation and I get bored, my dad tells me to workout…so i thought about it and I want to get a six pack but i’m stuck in my room or house all day.
Can somebody give or tell me a exercising routine i can do a day……….thanx

firstly, you will need a low body fat %, i’m fairly confident you need less than 8%. to lower your body fat concentrate on CARDIO work. you will then need to have a strict diet, so you don’t pile the pounds back on. then finally to build the abs, you will need to exercise them.
the following are exercises you could do:
-press ups
-crunches
-reverse crunches
-bicycle crunches
-planks
also to help with this you should research ab exercises
