I cant find many videos online for help. I’m already doing abs but nothing strictly for my awful love handles. and ideas?! I’m starting to lose hope with bikini season almost being here.

I quit eating junk, stopped snacking at night and started walking 1-2 miles a day and the pounds flew off.

Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce. Your body stores fat in a pre-determined order and it’s common for love handles to be the last stubborn spot where fat is stored. Strengthening your abs will help you stand up straighter and look thinner, achieving a more pleasing physique. That’s often the best way to conceal minor problem areas. But there’s no excercise you can do to specifically target ‘love handles’. Being more particular about your diet and trying to cut back on cheat foods along with cardio is the only way to really make those ‘handles’ go away. This doesn’t require a gym membership just discipline and work. Another thing you might try if you’re going to the beach on a specific day is to cut back on your salt intake a couple of days ahead of time to reduce water weight and give you a slimmer look.
