Don’t get the Power Trainer Pro. There are some bad reviews on it. They say it can handle a 300 lb person, but people under 200 are saying the darn thing bent. Besides, all you can do is upper body work and abs. What about lower body workouts?

I suggest getting a set of Bodylastics resistance bands so yo can workout your entire body. Click here to see the free workouts. They’ve got plenty of strength building workouts available and you don’t have to go to a gym.

Hi Fanis. I have been doing the P90X program at home this year. Most of the exercises are body weight exercises – push ups, pull ups, lunges, squats with some dumbbell / band exercises added in.
