How To Get Abs Without Going To The Gym
I’m a girl and wants some visible abs but i don’t want to go to the gym or anything. I just want to do something in my house that can tone up my abs a little. I already have a flat stomach so i don’t need to lose that. I want to do an exercise that can tone up my upper, middle, and lower abs as well, not just upper ones which you get only by situps. Is there any other way to reach into your middle and lower section?
