How to get full body work out without going to a gym?

There is so many different types of work outs online, but I don’t know how to put it all together~ The only thing I have at home is resistance bands. What sort of routine to follow in order to have inner thighs thinner, tone/lose fat at the tummy area and also getting upper body strength? Well basically everything like I stated ‘full body’ Are there there any good websites?
