  • Have you ever tried using resistance bands? Click here for free workouts. You can get arms, chest and shoulders workouts there. Check into the workout show called Chiseled on that site.

    Variations on regular workouts will get you where you need to be.
    The 3 variants of pushups work wonders,
    Outer grip works your outer pectorals
    Mid grip works both your pectorals and your triceps
    Inner grip targets your triceps.

    Pullups are good to, my favorite exercise. Gets your back huge for some reason and if you use a standard grip instead of reverse you can hit your biceps and forearms pretty well to.

    You have to think of creative ways to workout as well.
    Example: Get two chairs, put the ends of your legs on one and your arms on the other leaving your body hanging in between, then just push your body up with your arms. This is great for your triceps and overall size of arms.
