I need some exercising tips
Without Going to the Gym
Question:
Ok, so i weigh 135 at the height of 5’1. Most of my fat is in my inner thighs, + my calves. But i do have some fat on my stomach that i badly want to lose. I’m trying to lose weight all over, but i don’t know any exercises at all. I know eating healthy is one thing, and I’m doing that. Also, please don’t say “go to the gym” (I’m under aged). I’m trying to find exercises i can do WITHOUT gaining bulk on my calves or thighs. Thanks!

There really are many options for exercising that don’t require going to a gym. If your main goal is to lose weight, then you will want to focus on cardio, at least initially. You could do many things, the main thing is picking an exercise type that you enjoy because you will be most likely to stick with it. You could try something one your own like running, bicycling, or doing a fitness DVD at home. If you are more social, then try joining a sports team or maybe a martial arts class. There really are many possibilities it is all about just getting moving.
