I am almost 21 years old and a college student. I can’t afford going to the gym. I can’t jog in my neighborhood because it’s too dangerous. What do you think I should do to try to lose weight?

Since you’re a student, can I assume you don’t have a lot of extra time? You can workout at home or in your dorm with Bodylastics resistance bands and these free workouts.
