Which weight loss pills work best?

Question:

Okay I recently had a baby, (3 months now) and I’m down to my pre-baby weight, but I was thick, to say the least, beforehand. I KNOW that there are pills that work, I have friends and family who’ve taken Alli, Stackers and some others. I know that diet and exercise are essential, so if you’re going to say “No pills work, just eat healthy and exercise” then please don’t waste my time and reply. Before pregnancy I could lose 5 lbs a week at the gym, but now I don’t have the time or money. I also have physical problems that limit me from doing strenuous exercising. HELP?!?!?

Answer:

You don’t have to go to the gym to exercise and you don’t need to do fast paced jumping around cardio or any exercises that’s hard on the joints. Besides, cardio is one of the WORST ways to lose weight. You can workout at home with Bodylastics resistance bands.

Resistance training is sooooo important for good health. Muscle burns up about 40-50 calories per pound per day. If you don’t do any strength training to keep the muscle you have and build new muscle, you lose your body’s natural fat burning engine.

Nothing on the planet can help you lose weight faster than resistance workouts. It’s so easy, especially for a busy mom. You can to a total body workout in just a few minutes. Using Bodylastics is important because the system is adjustable because not all muscles in your body use the same resistance.

You do 10 reps with enough resistance so that you can barely do the last rep while still using good form. Then you move onto the next muscle group. Before you know it, you’ve done an entire workout. Then skip a day. Do this 3x times a week. Or you can workout everyday, alternating upper and lower body, if that would help you stay in the exercising grove. As your body gets stronger, add more resistance.

Alli is not a diet pill. It prevents your body from absorbing some of the fat that you consume. People tend to gain weight on it because they get cocky and think they can eat more.

I suggest doing the Chiseled workouts for building muscle. Just use lighter resistance, but remember, you need to keep it challenging. You can watch the workouts on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
