Even though you don’t want to use weights, you must still have some type of resistance to keep (or get) strong muscles. I suggest getting a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. They can give you a total body workout because of the attachments they come with, door anchor, handles and ankle straps. You’ll be able to exercise on multiple levels like overhead, chest height and floor level. Plus, they’re adjustable because of the clips. You’ll be able to combine the bands for custome resistance levels.
