I hate the weight room. I just find it incredibly boring. I would like to build muscle (particularly in my biceps, triceps, and pectorals) without having to go to the weight room. Detailed suggestions on what to do?

In general, you want to do low reps 8-10 with high resistance. You want near failure on the last rep. If it’s too easy, the resistance is too low. Low resistance will not build muscle.
