What is the best way to get the most out of working out at home without weights?
I need an at home work out routine that i’m going to get the max visual results out of. I am going to costa rica in ten weeks and altough I’m not in bad shape…. I’m not in great shape. If someone could plaese help me out with this I would appreciate it. I am 6’2” and weigh 175 lbs if that helps out.

You don’t need weights to have a good workout routine at home. I suggest getting a set of adjustable Bodylastics resistance bands. They are very affordable and will not break on you.
