I am a 15 year old girl and i want to lose excess fat off my thighs and some extra fat off my stomach, i don’t want to be super skinny i would just like to have a flat abdomen that doesn’t stick out so much?

You don’t say what your current daily food intake is like. What types of food and drink do you consume and how much? How active are you? Let me put it to you this way, you cannot out exercise a bad diet so losing weight HAS to start in the kitchen. Keep your mouth shut and stay out of the fridge! lol You don’t have to “diet”, just don’t eat a lot of crap.
Also, you cannot lose fat only on your thighs and stomach because you can’t target fat loss. It’s not like building or toning muscle. That can be isolated to only specific muscles, but you can’t do the same with fat. The body doesn’t lose fat like that. Muscle building with resistance training is the fastest way to lose fat.
