You can pretty much do everything from home. you can do mat room work outs. start with 20 jump and jacks to get your heat pumping, then on the floor with out resting 15 push ups, then on your back with out resting, do 20 sit ups, then 25 flutter kicks/butter fly kicks. then on your feet, put your hands on the floor,kick your legs back into push up position, do one push, then back on your feet, repeat that movement 10 times, this specific exercise calls body-builders. then rest for 1 minute, water up. do the whole process 2-3 mote times. include regular sit ups at time. Mat room work outs are great, you build muscles, endurance and burn fat at the same time.
you can also do the other stuff in addition after the mat room work out or on day you don’t do mat room work outs, pull ups, arm curl..
